Get in the habit of moving daily… whether it is a walk, extreme workout or dancing in your living room. For me, I enjoy going to the gym 3-4 times a week and taking long walks on my days off. If you are a reader like me, my number one fitness tip is to bring your kindle or book to the gym. I love to jog on the treadmill or walk on the highest incline while reading my kindle. I also enjoy riding the stationary bicycle while reading and it is the perfect escape. Another tip is to find a podcast you really enjoy and take a long walk while listening. Typically, the episodes I listen to range from 45 minutes to 1 hour which is about how long I walk for. It is such a nice way to relax and exercise.
