New Year Resolution – Health

This blog post is dedicated to my new year resolution. I hope that this post inspires others to focus on their health in 2021 as 2020 has been a trying year especially when it comes to health. My goal in 2021 is to eat a more plant-based diet and increase my intake of greens daily. I would like to focus on eating double the amount of greens/vegetables daily whether it is in a smoothie or with either my lunch or dinner. If this goal is something that inspires you, simply try it out by adding a handful of spinach to your morning smoothies, replacing crackers and hummus with cucumbers and hummus, steaming spinach or kale to mix in with pasta or eating a side salad with both lunch and dinner. This is a simple yet healthy and easy resolution and I look forward to incorporating it into my goals.
